Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Vicky at Books, Biscuits & Tea.

Its an opportunity to highlight our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed from libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders each week.

For Review
So here is what I received from the post this week:

Killing Rachel (The Murder Notebooks)

by Anne Cassidy (Goodreads)

From NetGalley:
Fire Prophet by Jerel Law (Goodreads)All For You by Dana Marie Bell (Goodreads)Blessed by a Demon’s Mark by E.S Moore (Goodreads)Hooked by Liz Fichera (Goodreads)The Specialists – Model Spy by Shannon Greenland (Goodreads)

And Finally I received:

Florence (Florence Waverly #1) by Ciye Cho

It hasn’t been a bad week in all honesty. I do have a couple of other books arriving but they are still stuck at the Mailing Depo. The one aspect of YA I haven’t really experienced much is murder, so I was very excited to receive this book and I have ordered the first Murder Notebooks – Dead Time which I hope to receive next week! Now let me start with Hooked, okay, the cover is very eye-catching and I have seen some brilliant and hyped reviews about this book. What I like about it already is that I doesn’t seem like a heavy read and one that you can just relax to and enjoy! All of You, Fire Prophet and Blessed by a Demons Mark look equally good. I really enjoy YA but I do like to escape to Sci-Fi occasionally which I absolutely love! The Specialist remind me so much of Gallagher Girls and I love the series. And Finally, I got approached by Ciye Cho yesterday and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to read this book, I have read so many brilliant reviews and I love the cover. So I may reading this sooner than I think!
This week, I have to say I didn’t restrain myself very much this week with NetGalley!
I would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Bloomsbury, Thomas Nelson, Kensington Publishing Group, Carina Press, Harlequin, and Ciye Cho.

Soooo, what do you think? Did you receive any these Books? Have you read these? I would like to know what you thought!
Are you taking part in a book haul? Leave me link, I would love to see what you received this week!
Happy Reading!

Also for the first time in a long time I have reviewed my all time favourite series The Morganville Vampires. Please stop by if you would like: Morganville Reviews

  4. I hadn't heard of The Murderer Notebooks series. I just looked up Dead Time in GR and it "sounds" promising. I have seen Florence around and I love the cover. I hope you enjoy all of your books! Thanks for stopping by SCS.

  5. I got Hooked as well, I hope we both enjoy it. You got an awesome haul of books here, Emily. Hope you enjoy them and thanks for stopping by The Readers Den. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. You had me at 'The Murder Notebooks'. Wow! I've only read about 1 or 2 YA mysteries/thriller but they were pretty good ๐Ÿ™‚ I prefer adult ones but for example Gordon Reece's Mice was fantastic!

I hope you enjoy all your new books! And I'm SO sorry for the late reply – I had such a hectic week (again).

    Lots of love <3
